Refund policy

GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request a return or exchange for items purchased through maricabrera.com.co within 8 days of delivery, following the policies outlined below:

Please note: Discounted products do not have exchanges or warranties. Returns or refunds are not available for accessories or personalized garments—these are final sales.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged in any way), with all tags attached and including any accessories or packaging.
  • Items must be shipped from the same country where they were delivered.
  • You may choose any return shipping service you prefer. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Maria Cabrera is not responsible for packages held at customs due to missing or insufficient documentation.
  • We strongly recommend choosing a secured and trackable shipping service, as Maria Cabrera is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund. Items that do not meet the guidelines outlined above will not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery via email at holamariacabrera@gmail.com with the subject line: MDCR Purchase Return. In the body of the email, clearly state the reason for your return or exchange and attach photos of the item's condition. We reserve the right to reject late returns or items that are not in their original condition or that do not comply with our return policies.

Before requesting a return, please ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Purchases made through the website can only be exchanged or returned through the website. Returns or exchanges of online purchases will not be accepted at physical store locations.

Maria Cabrera will respond to your request within 10 days. If your request is approved, you will have a maximum of 10 days from the date of approval to ship the item to the return address provided by Maria Cabrera. If the item is not sent within this timeframe, the return will be canceled.

Maria Cabrera has 15 business days from the date of notifying the customer about the approval of the return. This approval is subject to the item being received at the MDCR laboratory and passing our quality control inspectionbefore proceeding with the exchange or refund.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Products purchased at full price (i.e., without any discount) may be exchanged for:

  • A store credit for the same value as the item, which can be used for purchases on the website. The customer will have 4 months to use this credit.
  • An exchange for the same item in a different size or color.
